Germantown Emergency Notification
The ENS implementation continues. Some GT buildings have the ENS in them.
Connection from the ENS to the infrastructure is still being planned.
Walkthrough for patch cables was done Dec 15th.
A meeting is scheduled for January 13th to review patch amount and other questions concerning the IDF’s.

HT renovation 103 can be closed
HS renovation of room 216,205,203,236, and 238 - An E-mail was sent to all team members that since there were action items remaining on this project it could be closed.

The contractor continues to work in the SA building preparing paths for the cabling.
There is going to be a mockup design for facilities to review.

Attended the Pre-construction meeting in the Goldenrod Building on the Germantown Campus to review scope of work in SA for the ENS project.
Reviewed scope of work, rules for vendor on site, coordination with facilities and security, timeline.

• The desk hangers are still on order for room 203.
• The new PC’s are still on order for room 203.
• A progress meeting will be setup to follow up on any other outstanding issues
